Katie Norman
Katie Norman - Shorties, dance, drama and singing teacher.
Katie has been with Long Overdue since day one. Katie has had a passion for performing ever since she can remember, taking part in countless classes, productions and dance shows over the years.

While studying for her BA (Hons) Performing Arts at Bath Spa University, Katie taught for various other part time stage schools.

After graduating with a 2:1, Katie set about auditioning for professional shows, gained an agent at Pinewood Studios and achieved a foundation teaching course though LAMDA and RADA, specialising in teaching performing arts to 3-16 year olds.

As soon as possible Katie returned to working for The Long Overdue Theatre School, as out of all the theatre schools she has taught for, she loves the ethos of The Long Overdue Theatre School; making the arts accessible, with high standards and regular contact with industry professionals at an affordable price. Katie is a strong believer the performing arts should not be elitist and about who can afford to participate in it but about those who have the passion for it!

In 2007, Katie took over from Helen Watts as manager maintaining the schools ethos. Katie currently teaches predominately for The Long Overdue Theatre School, though also teaches for Stagecoach Andover, The Lights theatre Andover and this year has taught for Winchester based theatre company Wet Picnic. Katie also still occasionally works as an actress and attends various dance classes to keep herself up to date with all the latest techniques and trends. Needless to say Katie is a busy bee but is so incredibly passionate about what she does and has no greater reward then seeing the developments and achievements her pupils make.

Euan Manson
Euan joined The Long Overdue Theatre Company in 2002, a few months after graduating from The Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama in South London and liked it so much he decided to stay.

Hired initially as an actor playing the part of Banquo, Euan quickly fell into the role of the company manager's P.A. In 2003, Euan became the company's Tour Manager, dealing with the day-to-day problems of touring life and managing the budget. In 2005, Euan found himself with the opportunity to take over from Allen Watts as Company Manager and has been doing the job ever since.

As Company Manager, Euan also takes on the role of Artistic Director. He began by rehearsing in some new cast members for R&J and then completely re-directed Long Overdue's Macbeth, taking it in a darker and more cinematic direction.

Euan has been teaching for TLOTS since he joined the company and also teaches for Stagecoach. He has run countless workshops in schools and worked for East End Shed (A division of the Chicken Shed Theatre Co.) in south London running after school drama clubs. When on tour with Long Overdue, Euan leads post-show Q&A sessions with the assistance of the company's producer, Eddie Nias. Euan is an accomplished Presenter having worked as an MC for clients such as Nike and Visa at venues including Wembley Stadium and Alexandra Palace.

3 years ago Euan resumed his relationship with Shakespeare Link, a company he worked with as a student in 1996, by leading half-term Shakespeare workshops for them at Harrow Way Community School.

2009 has seen Euan become a partner of The Long Overdue Theatre School. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome Euan aboard.

Eddie’s main role in Long Overdue is that of producer (which covers everything from wiring plugs to designing the lighting) but his other capacity is composer.
